About MI Tokyo

MI ( Musicians Institute ) was founded in 1977 in Hollywood as a college for contemporary music , and has built its reputation for producing world class musicians until today . In 1995 , a new campus was established in Japan as MI JAPAN , and we continued to provide our unique educational curriculum for students in Tokyo . In 2018 , we established MI Tokyo as part of the ESP Education Group , located near our sister school at the heart of Tokyo .

MI Method

  • At MI, everyday is a live concert.
Students that go on stage can put to test what they learned in class.

  • Go beyond the boundaries of your course and create your own style as an artist.

  • Open Counseling is your chance to ask our instructors anything that you are struggling with or need clarification on.
